Fender V-Mod P bass pickups

After putting EMG GB pickups in my Squier it sounds massive. Now I'm thinking about changing the V-mod II to a '63 ultra vintage. Has anyone tried the '63's?

I have the Fender ‘63 in my Am Pro II and I really love it compared to the V-Mod. The E and A strings sound bigger/fuller without getting muddy. Overall, just sounds more balanced in my opinion.

I installed the '63 ultra vintage pickups and WOW!!! What a difference in the tone especially the E string. It was my first soldering job it wasn't the best but it works. I also changed the pickguard.
