Awesome! Looks like a killer rig for not so killer money. I had a BL600 for a while as my backup amp. Did it's job well, surprisingly so considering the low cost. Congrats!
WOW! $250 for the cab? What a smoking hot deal! Is it 4 or 8 ohms?
250 for the cab?? what the heck?
Hey bro thats a great set up.The cab looks like it thumps.....How do you like the 4x10 for a cab?
I just bought me a MESA 4x10 and waiting to buy a head for the PRAISE & WORSHIP team I play in.......
I play a YORKVILLE 200 watt andd souds o.k.
Iam looking at a GENZ BENZ or a MESA
Not sure yet.
If you have a wireless (or a really long cord!), get out front and put your bass channel flat on the board. Once the band is going, adjust the EQ to what you want in FOH mix, then mix the level accordingly. Once your tone is set, tell the sound guy that the tone is set, all you need him to do is adjust the level.I love it! Previously I was playing through a Fender Bassman 100 with a 15", so pushing 300 watts through a 4x10 is wonderful to say the least. The best thing is NOT having to go through the house. We have sound guys who are not very experienced and I can shape my own sound.
