I love it! Previously I was playing through a Fender Bassman 100 with a 15", so pushing 300 watts through a 4x10 is wonderful to say the least. The best thing is NOT having to go through the house. We have sound guys who are not very experienced and I can shape my own sound.

If you have a wireless (or a really long cord!), get out front and put your bass channel flat on the board. Once the band is going, adjust the EQ to what you want in FOH mix, then mix the level accordingly. Once your tone is set, tell the sound guy that the tone is set, all you need him to do is adjust the level.

Thanks for the suggestion. I unfortunately have neither but I do have a bass-playing buddy or two who might come to rehearsal and help me out.:)
