Double Bass Finding a teacher?

I've asked at all the music shops in my city and checked all the online lists and can't find one, are there any ways I could look for a tutor?

Is Chester located in any particular state or country?

Musician's union, orchestras, schools, universities. Check out who is playing at local venues...

UK. I emailed the principle double bass player from the local philharmonic orchestra, hopefully she can help me out. I'm also getting lessons from my university course but those are more Jazz based and I'm really wanting to study orchestral technique (I want to study Jazz too.. I want to do both at the same time ).
