Finding replacement mic stand hardware?

My band played a benefit at a local school last week, and somehow the screw attachment that locks the base into the stand came off. I did a few google searches, but no luck on finding the part. It is a Black Musician's Gear Tripod Mic Stand with Telescoping Boom.

 

[Already In Use]

I have always found stuff at my local hardware store. Recently needed rack hardware. It comes in bags for 20 bucks. Hardware store saved the day for like 3 bucks. Granted its not the SKB name stuff...but it works just the same.
