Annoying, sorry to hear about this!
I can tell you, definitively, that it hopefully won’t take too long, and hopefully won’t be too expensive.
Why the vague~ish, non-answer?
First, it depends on how much other work your luthier has ahead of you. Second, its almost never as straightforward as just regluing the board. If the fingerboard was put on with hide glue, as it should have been, the repair will be easier. If it’s anything else, the repair could be much more difficult/laborious/expensive.
The strings and bridge need to be out of the way to do the work properly. The soundpost may need resetting. If it didn’t fall during the accident, I’d be concerned that it’s in too tight. Ideally, your repair guy will give everything a looking over (e.g., for any seams that might have opened during the fall). Better to fix any and all problems in one visit.
Your luthier has his own hourly rate to do all of the above, and should just charge based on that.
