Firefox is not cooperating

I cant type apostrophes! Every time I try to type one, it opens up the little search bar at the bottom (like if you press ctrl+F).

Anyone know how to fix the problem?

I had the same problem, I just took firefox of my computer and re-installed it. It turned out to be an error with some operating program.

Hey, it works now. I can type all the apostrophes I want.
