I just finished my first full build! It’s far from perfect, but it works and I played my first gig on it last night.

30.25” scale
Hipshot tuners
Labella low-tension flats
Dimarzio Model One neck pup
Guild Bisonic bridge pup
Assorted hardware, mostly from Bitterroot or StewMac

Nicely done! Of course, now you are screwed, this hobby is addictive. I'm on bass #5, and don't really "need" any more basses but.....
Oh, the addiction has already taken hold! In the pics above you can see my "first" bass as well. I made a body for a Warmoth neck, but that felt like cheating a bit and wanted to make my own neck. I already have bass #2 planned out and parts acquired (Tractor-inspired bass), and I'm planning out bass #3 now, but I need to wait and save a bit for that one. My goal is to have the "Tractor" (Maybe I'll call it the "Lawnmower" 😂) done in time to play a festival over Labor Day.
