Five Days till the Empire Strikes Back!

It takes me so long to flip through these threads when I've been out all day and you guys have been hard at play. This one is only 6 pages so far, but there have been threads that got way past 10 in their first day (and 20 on the next) that I never got around to reading.
I just come in on the last page and join/start an argument when that happens.
World War I (WWI or WW1), also known as the First World War, was a global war centered in Europe that began on 28 July 1914 and lasted until 11 November 1918.

July 28 the Empire State Building will retaliate against the US military for declaring war on it in 1945. Buildings are a bit slow and it took 69 years for it to hatch a plan.

Here is the hint. Star wars had little in the way of original concepts. The Sci fi aspects were original but the plots? Seen them all before. Fettered Corpse....
