Fixed volume drop while out of phase

Hello everyone, this seems like an impossible ask which is why I'm asking. I'm wondering if there's a way to lower the volume of a pickup a fixed amount only while it's out of phase with this specific setup (to about 85% volume). I thought of adding a resistor in series with the output, but then I had to make the humbucker's internal series/parallel switch tied to the out of phase switch so it wouldn't short out and misbehave with other settings. Adding poles may be an option, but adding extra switches is not.

I've already utilized all the poles on a 4PST for series/parallel wiring, and don't see a way to relate that switch to the out of phase switch in any other way than is shown without affecting the in phase option as well.

It would seem that a 6p(d/s)t would fix this, but there doesn't seem to be any on the market that would work. One thing I haven't thought about too much because of the pole shortage is a 3 way switch with 100% out of phase, ~85% out of phase, and in phase. The image is showing a single throw (two way) switch.

Can someone validate this or show me that it is possible?

Note the ground is on the other pickup - no worries. I've heard that swapping the bridge pickup's hot and ground may be better as it is thinner already so the neck is grounded and this would be the bridge. If I'm lowering the volume of one in relation to the other specifically for out of phase, I should keep the beefier one. This entire concern is a consequence of only having one volume pot - I don't want two. If I'm stuck with in phase/out of phase 100%, which pickup's output and ground are flipped won't matter.

I was thinking of a way to keep it flowing one way. Trying to keep it passive and as uncomplicated as possible as it will be a lot already, but it would work! I think I'm just going to stick with 100% out of phase and hope that the lack of a secondary volume control gets it closer to the sound I want.
