With the shipping costs to import to your country I can understand why the prices are through the roof. That is a bummer.
On a positive note to leave you, I visited your country about four years ago, a life long dream. The people were friendly and helpful, Cities clean and safe with lots of things to see. My favorite place was the Blue Mountains. Beautiful place.
