Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 problem

Hello everyone. I just got my 2i2 recently. I done everything as was shown in the guide and interface was not working, Windows just don't see it in device manager. then after some time of being plugged in, I replugged it again and it started to work. it is working absolutely fine, but when I unplug it again, next time I may have to plug it in several times to make it work, what is the problem?

I have win 7 64bit. I tried both drivers, asio and the original one. I have both 2.0 and 3.0 inputs and I tried every one, any other USB devices are working normally. and yes, I tried different cables. I also tried it on too different computers, the other one was laptop with win 8.1 and it had absolutely the same problem.

Those are good answers so I donno what to tell you...
Mine's working fine on 64-bit Win-7 so I don't think that's the fundamental problem.
Might be time to contact Focusrite...
If the only constant feature in all your tests is the box, it kinda points to the box.
I'd think if it were a localization issue, it would either work or not.
Windows implementation of USB has always been a little dodgy, which is kind of ironic since they pushed it as a standard to have an alternative to FireWire (Apple's choice...). You might try to wade through the Windows KB to see if there's an update that addresses USB connectivity. I suppose a bit of DeOxIt on the box's USB connector couldn't hurt but I'd put that in the grasping at straws category...
