Living in Metro NYC still has some real great advantages.. being in the same town as Fodera makes setups and repairs real easy.. once you get through the traffic.. the roads are choked in certain areas and this makes traveling by car very challenging.
I had some fret sprouting on my Monarch and made an appointment to have this resolved along with a good once over. I also wanted to replace the d-tuner with a regular tuner on the Empire Bass and was able to acquire one at the shop. Needless to say Joey did an amazing job and we had a good chat afterwards. They're great guys and have an awesome shop. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions I could not go into the actual work area but was in the main waiting area.
I took a few pictures. The area where the shop is located has undergone a major transformation for the better and it's now a destination instead of just a broken down warehouse environment. During normal times this area would be very crowded.
ENJOY !
