    Up for sale is a really special bass I acquired here on TB last year. I’m only playing 5’s now and downsizing to 3 basses, so no trades please. Beautiful tone woods and weight, 8.7 lbs. Thin fast neck with 1.5” nut. Great P bass tone. Rivals any other P bass (vintage or otherwise) I’ve played. See specs I pulled from the Fodera site below for all the details.     Yes I thought so too. But after looking closely, I believe a previous owner must have replaced them with Nordstrands by the logo on the covers. They sound so good, I never thought to look before.

    Do you know what kind of finish this bass has ? Gloss polyester, oil, some other satin laquer?
    Any idea ?

    Same here! I had to put it in it’s case so I wouldn’t see or play it…otherwise, I’d probably change my mind. Really trying to downsize though.

    Haha you know I’m over here like “how can I convince this guy who wants to downsize that he REALLY wants a Fodera 2-for-1…”

    But for real that is one of my fave Foderas out there and I hope you get an easy sale on it. Too dang cool.
