100% agree. The lack of Bluetooth feels like a missed opportunity, and an unacceptable miss (for me) in a $750 pedal. I think Mike Pope designs outstanding circuits, but I already have a Pope preamp in my Fodera and a Darkglass Element for silent practice so this preamp pedal gets a pass from me.

$750 for some pretty horrible tone, as evidenced by the guy playing Teenage Dirtbag on a coffee table bass? I'll respectfully pass.

It seems that there’s some of these arriving in Australia very soon. I’m very close to pulling the trigger on a preorder. It would get a demo video on my YouTune channel, of course.
