Hey TBers...The Spankster here. Looks like I signed up 2008. Haven’t done much posting since then....trying to atone for that. Lots of great info here....hoping I can add to that. Been playing bass steadily since 1976. Cover band junkie....some of you might call me a “weekend warrior “. I’ll own that...and proudly. Have gone from one cover band to another...usually sticking around for at least 5 or 6 years before moving on. Not locked into any particular genre....have done it all. It’s more about the folks I’m working with. Have gone through a large pile of basses over the years...trying to find out just what makes one bass better than another. Always modding, tinkering, adjusting, painting...you name it. Totally addicted. Absolutely love playing bass guitar.
