I keep getting emails from The SX Bass thread everytime someone makes a post. How do I stop getting notified that someone posted on that thread?

edit whatever post you posted and there is a drop down menu to select if you want notification and when...there is also a selection you can make to not get notifications...also for future reference, there is a selection you can make in the user cp to make one of those selections the default so you don't have to change it everytime.
