Forum question...

When I visit the forum I prefer to log in, then using the quick Links button bring up Todays posts and find what I feel are interesting topics, open and read them.

The problem I have is that before I can get through all of the interesting threads in the pages of todays posts, the screne seems to time out or give an error that makes me start all over.

Is there something computer setting wise that will allow me to scan through all of the todays posts pages at leasure?

Glider, I was having the same problem. To get around it, I click through all the pages 1, 2, 3, etc to the end and start reading at the last page. Use the back button on your browser to move to each preceeding page.

Usually once it happend then I also go to the last page and work my way foward cause with folks postin I figure there's more in the front that I have yet to read... Make sense?

I have had this happen a couple times working backwards as well. Mabey I should just start on Pg 27 every time?? :)

I have noticed this bug as well. Often I'll get to the 3rd page, try to hit the next button, and get a "no 3-letter searches allowed" error, which is clearly erroneous. It's almost as if there is a timeout on searches. The database must not be holding search results open beyond a specific amount of time, or it's just randomly dropping the ball.
