Fralin-Cool dude!

I just called Fralin pickups, with a couple questions about a recent order. (split coil replacement for a Fender Sting bass)
Lindy answered the phone. I didn't even know I was talking to him.
When I finally figured it out, we'd been "shootin' the s*#t" about different basses, pickups, etc for about ten minutes.
Of course, he answered my questions, and more than addressed my concerns about pole heights as well-
Anyway, my point, "What a cool guy!" Very interested in my being happy with my purchase.
Nice to know this kind of "business practice" still exists!

Just felt like sharing.
By the way, the dude makes some badass pickups as well-IMHO

I was about 15 minutes from his office just yesterday. The guy I was dealing with at Sam Ash used to work for him.

I’ve had the pleasure to chat with him and some of his staff on a few occasions. Always super helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought my first pickup from them in 2006 and it was an epiphany.
