Yes, there is a Gumby, but I think it's a bass as well.
Those were made by Dan Ransom...
He actually makes some really nice conventional basses too (my 6-string is one of his). His quality was pretty uneven, but some of his instruments are great.

And for the record, I think that's Real Guitars, where Gary Brawer does setup/repair, and he's actually really good.
