Details

Here is Fender Custom Shop Master Builder Fred Stuart's take on a classic '54 Precision Bass, superbly finished in a mildly relic'd Olympic White with gold anodized pick guard and hardware. This bass is lightweight (under 9 lbs.), well-balanced, strung with TI flats for a deep warm old school tone. The contoured body was hand carved by Fred who also wound the single coil pickup. Every detail on this bass has been created with exact fidelity to the original Fender designs.

Most CS basses have differing logos depending on Master or Team built depending on era. I think some of the really early custom shop stuff (cunetto) just had imprint stamps.

Since this is a master builder it might be hand signed at the heel. Do you have the COA?

Custom shop instruments have different logos depending on era and if it was team or master built. Since this is master built it could be signed at the heel.

Do you have the COA?

Also if there is a serial then Fender can verify what it is including color and options.

This bass was handmade by Fred himself in his Riverside shop. It is not a Fender Custom Shop instrument which is why it has no designation.
