... is the jump i want to make from a fretted 5 string, i havent really found any looking on diffrent websites not counting like high price custom stuff, the only thing i have found was the ibenez BTB 6 string fretless, has any one had any experience with one of these and how they sound and what are some other choices.

Carvin is always a dependable choice. They don't upcharge for fretless unless you put lines on it and have quite a lot of options. Clement is a bit closer to the boutique price range, but still under $2k unless you go for some serious customization.
Custom stuff need not be high priced, though.
My Zon Vinny Fretless 6 came in under $3k, although he's recently raised his prices.

You used to be able to get a Brice HXB-406 in fretless from rondomusic.com
They might have run out of stock, but it's probably worth contacting them to see what's happening with them. They were pretty inexpensive, and good if you aren't sure if it's for you.
