Fretless L2500

I'm trying to find a fretless neck for my L2500. I've tried to contact the factory, but no one seems to want to return my calls.
I don't know if they are made, but I want a G&L neck. I don't want to try and rip my frets out and lacquer my neck. Can anyone tell me anything that might help? Thanks.

Don't know if you can order a neck by itself, though.

Yeah, I only want the neck. I looked at a Moses neck, but that's $521. I'm looking to spend less than what I would on another bass...

Don't be surprised if G & L's neck is more $$ than a Moses.
