Fretless maple fingerboards?

Just got an email back from Carvin, saying they wont do a fretless maple fretboard neck.. And Soulmateguitars.com Im pretty sure wont either.

Is there any luthiers who builds necks with 5 string fretless maple fingerboards similar to Warmoth/Carvin?

(looking for different headstock than fender. hopefully somewhat reversed/pointy)

Hi all, this is my first post on this forum.

I don't actually recall being asked about a birdseye fretless neck, however I do make them regularly.

Pensa and Atelier Z both make them, or have made them for Christian McBride, anyhow.

Easyist solution is to get an acrylic impregnated finger board from Larry at Gallery Hardwoods. I have used several maple boards for fretless basses, they work very well. Just working on this 6 string fretless just now.
