Fretless V

Hey all,

My main axe is a Fender Am Deluxe 5 string J... I was hoping I could get a fretless version of it, but fender doesn't make one.

Any suggestions about a comparable product? Does anyone have experience with either Bass Mods or KSD basses?

Other suggestions for less than 1500$?

I realize I could get another bass like mine with a warmoth neck... but I might be getting a bit out of my price range with that.

Carvin makes some great basses for a really cheap price considering what you get. That, and if want to go the route, you can go completely custom.

I would'nt go near a KSD. I will say that the new Zon standard fretless is very nice.
