TB has finally done me in and I have to start selling some of the bases I own. My wife now has me on a strict one in, one out policy, so, I am selling my 2007 4-String Fender Custom Classic Jazz Bass. The bass is in nearly perfect condition, has been professionally set up and perfectly maintained. The bass plays and sounds GREAT. I am the original owner. Again, the ONLY reason I am selling this is becasue I have too many basses and an instrument like this deserves to be PLAYED! Some of the details:
-Ash body with a quartersawn maple neck and rosewood fretboard.
-Mint condition other than some very minor surface rub marks on the pickguard where I rest my thumb when playing.
-Aged Cherry Sunburst with White Pearl Pickguard.
-I ordered this in November 2006 and received it in October 2007 (Aged Cherry Sunburst's are not easy to come by).
-These go for $2,400 new and you usually have to wait 6+ months for them.
-The OHSC and all original case candy will be included -- even the original hang tags and Certificate of Authenticity from the Fender Custom Shop.
