I'm putting my Cort GB75 up for sale / trade. It has an open pore natural finish with a maple neck and board, mop blocks and binding. This bass has been upgraded with a 3 band Glockenklang preamp and has the stock pups. If I had to describe it I would say its a hot rodded 34" Lakland Skyline 5502 with blocks and binding. The pre allows it to get really aggressive but can be pretty dark also. Its very versatile. I'm just not playing it anymore, due to my other wonderful instruments. The B string is really great on this one, I've had 2 of these, this one was my favorite of the 2.

I also have some Bart pups for this bass i may consider adding to the mix for the right deal. I also have a spare neck pup.

    SPECS:

    CONSTRUCTION: Bolt-on
    BODY: Swamp Ash
    NECK: Canadian Hard Maple
    BINDING: White
    FRETBOARD: Maple 15 3/4" Radius

    SCALE: 34"
    INLAY: Rectangular White Pearl
    TUNERS: Hipshot lic.
    BRIDGE: 17mm-19mm adjustable spacing

Asking $390 shipped in the CONUS.

Trades: Could be tempted with a 5 string fender of some sort, I want a J retro equipped bass. A double gig bag plus cash would be nice, One of those high end gig bags also. I'm open to suggestions. Looking for multi effects pedal, preferably the Boss GT-10B

These are great basses. Don't be fooled by the name. Same builder as the Skylines in the same factory. I own one and have had two. Great bass to not have to worry too much about it getting knocked around at a jam or as a regular workhorse.

One of the best values on a quality 5 string out there IMHO. You don't own basses twice unless they are worth it. It's good to see I'm not the only one.

I'm a big fan of how the glock pre is voiced to be identical to passive when flat. I'm a guy who never liked active basses, but now that I have one with the pre, it changed my mind.

Best 5 string value on the forum right now. It does more vintage like tones than u would expect. Slap tone is ridiculous.

Bump !! I have played this very bass ! It is as advertised . In fact, I've played it before and after the surgery. This is a bargain monster !
