Ernie Ball MusicMan StingRay 4 HH Dargie Delight II For Sale or Trade.
For those thay may be unfamiliar, it has that Dargie Green/Carmel chameleon color changing effect when viewed from different angles and lighting. It has an ebony fretboard, white pearl with Paua Abalone insert inlays, matching headstock, black pickguard, and the original EBMM case. The DDII was ran in limited quantities, I don't know how many for sure.
34 inch scale, active electronics, a 6-bolt neck joint, contoured body, one of the best neck truss-rod systems ever, and rock-solid bridge. Ash body, unfinished maple neck, Schaller BM tuners, 3-band active EQ, and MusicMan 4HH humbucking pickups.
It has a Hipshot Drop D Tuner on it now, and it comes with the original tuner if you want to go back to the original setup. Comes with the strap locks and Levy's bungy strap.
The condition is very, very good. The back of the body has a few very small dings. I am hesitant to call anything "mint", but this is very close. I really can't find anything on it to distinguish it from new, However, I never really owned a "mint" guitar, even when I bought a new one. So there you go. To me, this is a tool for music and not a vintage record collection. CaptBob set it up, so maybe he will chime in. It really is a beautiful bass. I'll look for the case candy, but don't hold me too it.

$1599.00 or will trade for 4 string basses that are comparable to "me", and to the basses that I like, own, or have owned. Don't take it personal. It's just "my" preference. I'm currently looking for a Ric for some live work, so that may be considered first and I like Lull, Fender, and Lakelands too. All others will be considered, even if its for a few seconds, ha! This bass is professionally used by myself in studios in the Nashville area only. Non smoking home. Never carted. Comes with its original case and packed tightly in an oversized box. Price includes shipping VIA FedEx Ground, insured. CONUS only.
