I have a Kramer 1980 XL-8 that I am considering selling or trading. It is an 8 string aluminum neck with a freaky body design.

I have had this bass since 1989, bought it used at Minstrel Music just outside of Chicago. When I was in a 3 piece band, this filled up the sound. Recently I had it worked on where the original switches have been replaced.
I am not in a band at the moment, and getting older (41 and counting), the fact that this weighs a ton, I am looking to replace it. The For Sale price would be $850 + shipping, I will send it in a older used hardshell case. But hit me up with any kind of trades at all, worst I could say is no. My youngest wants to take guitar lessons this spring, so I would also be interested in bass and guitar trade for the this too. Just try me to see if we have a fit.
On a side note, if some one could tell me how to get full size pics in here, that would be appreciated as well...
