Details

Like the title says, I'm trying to sell my Mesa/Boogie Bass 400+ head. Anyone who knows what it is knows what it's capable of and that it's no longer made. It's roughly 2-3 years old, never been pushed, rarely gigged with. I mostly used it for recording and practices, and therefore have never needed to re-tube it since I purchased it. I replaced one of the Mesa preamp tubes with a gold pin Tung-Sol 12AX7 when I got it, other than that it's in nearly stock condition.

I'm looking to sell it for around $1,000, but willing to negotiate. The only trade I'm considering at this point is a new-ish Eden WT550, since that's what I'm selling the Mesa for in the first place.

PM if interested, or if you have any questions!

This is the only real physical defect on it.

If my bloody mic preamp would sell (*insert old man shaking his fist here*) I would gladly take this off your hands as I need a new amp... :bawl:

Thanks for the bump mang. No dice on the Markbass, I hear great things but it's not what I'm looking for. I appreciate the offer, though!

This guy had a trade set up with me for the Eden WT550 he wanted. We had it arranged to ship today as I had a deal with a friend to trade my amp for his Eden to trade for this Mesa 400+. My friend goes to Illinois with the Eden in hand to ship to this guy and he calls of the trade when everything was set. Not a very cool thing to do in my opinion but I guess that's what I get for being trusting to a guy with 0 feedback.

It's all good I guess just a little frustrating when others are involved with the trade and several emails were sent to make sure this was a for sure deal. And yes everyone has to start somewhere I'm not using that against him , I just wish he had not backed out and made my buddy take the amp with him for no reason. But this is done and I wish him luck in selling his amp locally.
