This thing is really a killer bass, the only thing stopping me from keeping it is that I'm not crazy about green instruments. Call me shallow :p It's a 1993 according to the serial #.

Man! Is that Green!

I've had both Gen's. 1st Gen is Raw Power, 2nd is much more Refined IMHO.

But, alas. I've sworn off 5-Strings...

These are insanely nice basses for the bread. The preamp/pickup combo yields massive amounts of tonality and the maple body just sings as it cuts through the mix. DEFINITELY boutique level stuff for a working man's budget.

The 1st gen had a 3 band eq with bypass and the Super Ferrite pickups, the second gen switched to the 3 band WITH MID FREQ, no bypass, and the VFL pickups (a la Cirrus, G bass, etc).
This is like the "Pre-Cirrus", that's the way I thought of it, at least.

The green is hot, and rarer!
Awesome bass, GLWTS, this shouldn't last.

Me too on the finish, otherwise I'd seriously consider trading my Milli 5.
None the less stellar bass.

Great price for a neck through American made 5 string instrument. I have pulled back trade ideas and would greatly prefer to sell, however, as far as trades, I am only looking to go "up" in the bass world, Peavey Cirrus USA, Peavey Millennium USA, German Warwick, American or Japanese Jazz, etc, things that I would generally be adding money to the trade.

What is the condition of the bass? truss rod, pick up, preamp work good? I would like to buy it, what payment form you accept? Thanks
