First off, yes, it works.
The tap tempo works, Channels A and C work.
What you get is a DL-4 with two working, available to save presets, with a tap tempo.
You will need a power supply, or some tech skills (see below).
All jacks work, as does the AC input, and all knobs/delay types.
You can use the looper, but it's missing crucial abilities that are mapped to the B button.
The issues:
1. B button is intermittent at best.
I would go so far as to say it doesn't work.
That means: only 2 presets available, and the looper function is without the play/stop button (which is mapped to the B button)
2. Batteries are not an option.
I got it in a trade, and upon opening the box, I found the batteries were still in the compartment, exploded.
It had obviously been this way for a while because the terminals were/are super corroded.
They would be a relatively easy replacement, with only two points to resolder on the board once you get new terminals, but I always used a power supply, and I'm not the best solderer.
3. It is beat to hell.
Apparently this was used to cut firewood prior to my acquiring it.
Stained, chipped chassis, knobs look to have been nibbled on by a rodent.
I do have the battery compartment cover, though it is not pictured.
