his is a MIA Fender Jazz 5 string. It was made circa 1996. I just bought it on eBay, with certain intentions, but the plans have changed.
It needs one new strap button. The hole is a bit enlarged, so it either needs a big screw, or it needs to be plugged and redrilled. It has a few bumps and bruises, and a few marks, but, overall it's a nice bass. The 'b' string is pretty nice. It's not as tight as a few Sadowskys that I've played, but it is very very usable. I am just looking to blow this one out. I'm not looking for trades, unless you have multiple SX's that you want to trade straight up.
It will ship in a hardshell case and will be boxed in two Fender shipping boxes stacked together. The Fender boxes don't leave alot of room for peanuts, but two together should be nice. The case is missing the handle.
I'd like to get $575 shipped. This is a bit less than I paid for it, so I can't really go any lower.
