SOLD!
EBMM Bongo 5HHP
Musicman case included.

Bass is in great playing condition! Everything works great! There's finish wear where the thumb goes behing the neck. It's nothing you can feel but it's noticeable if you look for it. There's a ding or two on the head stock that's slightly noticeable. The plastic is still on the piezo cavity. I think it's a great bass at a great price!

Price is SOLD! shipped!

I have NO idea why this is still here. Wow. I would have grabbed this myself INSTANTLY before I had mine. Just played mine for a few minutes & I absolutely LOVE the 4 band EQ. I think all 5 strings should have a 4 band EQ to balance out the volume of the Low B which can be weak or overpowering on other 5ers. You can get the Low B to any volume any tone with the Bongo.

All PM's responded! There are a few on the fence but right now this is still here! International shipping quotes have been delivered by PM to all interested international individuals. Now who will be the lucky guy or gal? Honestly I have another bass up for sale here and that one will be gone today based on a PM I received today. If that one really sells this afternoon, there's a 60% chance I may decide to hold onto this one. There's something about that Bongo sound that I love!

That is an absurd good price. If this is still here on monday I might be game.....

Bump! Bad thing is listing for a great price seems like it means more low balls coming your way like "I'd buy it right now if you could drop it $150 more. Let me know." LOL! Price is firm and I really do appreciate all the interest and PM's I've gotten at this point.

Bass is still available for the moment.

Yeah TB classifieds used to be a really great place to do business but it seems like in the last few years, you have a whole bunch of new members that, after a peek at their profile, are recent members and ONLY post in classifieds, and seemingly are only here on TB to try and snag deals.... even more research often uncovers a very active ebay account where TB acquisitions are then immediately relisted for a profit....seems like Craigslist purged all of its unwanted denizens and now they're here at talkbass...

Most of these types are some sort of mental defective.... There's been more than one occasion where I've had a hi-dollar item listed and get a PM from a new-this-month member with a totally blank profile and a lifetime total of 4 posts, all in classifieds, wherein they offer me roughly half my asking price or thereabouts..... usually accompanied by some used-volvo-salesman pitch about why I should accept. Last two times it happened I said "Sure, you got a deal.... here is my paypal address".... payment never arrives and the guy disappears. Often these people have no idea what they're bidding on, and have no intention of buying even if you accept their lowball offer.... they just have some weird desire to be involved with classifieds transactions.

Even worse are the professionals.... they get a paid membership.... start trolling around classifieds making random posts like "free bump for a cool bass" or "awesome lakland, great deal" etc etc.... then they sell a few small items like a pack of strings or a few pedals to get some feedback, and then out of the blue they post a very expensive bass FS for a seemingly very good price, take payment and disappear.... leaving the buyer in the dust. I've learned to be very cautious in TB classifieds lately... and been told more than once that some of my FS / FT ads are "rude" because I spell out very clearly that lowball offers, trade offers for items not on the list etc will be ignored.

In any case, just to fill my hypocrite quota for this week, I am not gonna be able to swing this.... or shouldnt more accurately. Good luck on your sale, this is an excellent price and I'm sure you'll have no trouble.

Thanks!!
