First is a USA-made G&L L-2000 built in 1996. The body is swamp ash with a dark cherryburst finish that shows the grain nicely. The neck is P width (1.75" wide) at the nut and has a rosewood fingerboard. Excellent condition, the frets have very little wear and the truss rod works in both directions. The body has a few very minor dings but it's pretty darn clean. The volume and treble pots are a little scratchy and need some contact cleaner. Weight is a little on the high side at 9.8 lbs, comes in a solid molded MusicMan hardcase. Strap buttons are Dunlop locking instead of the originals.

Second is a nice USA-made G&L L-1500. This bass was made in 1996 and has the bi-cut / 3 bolt neck. The neck is P width (1-11/16" wide at the nut) with a maple fingerboard, the body is swamp ash with great grain and a transparent orange finish. There are two flaws on the body and three small chips in the finish (down to the wood) by the output jack, and some finish checking around the knobs. Otherwise this is in excellent condition, the frets have very little wear and the truss rod nut moves in both directions. The volume pot could use some contact cleaner, it's a bit scratchy. Weight is average at 9.3 lbs. Super sweet bass but I'm only playing the L-2000 these days. Strap buttons are Schaller locking instead of the originals. Comes in a solid molded MusicMan hardcase.

Fifth is a Mike Lull V4. I picked this up on TB recently, I was tempted by the quartersawn neck, but I just can't get happy with Jazzes. The body is swamp ash, the neck is quartersawn maple with the nicest birdseye fingerboard I've ever seen on a Lull. Pickups are Mike's custom Fralin single coils, controls are passive vol/vol/tone. This is another clean one, I couldn't find any flaws on it. Weight is perfect at 7.8 lbs. Comes in the Lull gigbag.

Sixth is a Mike Lull P4 in silver metallic. This is brand new from Mike, I decided to try a maple board P for tone. This is a really great bass but I'm going to stick to rosewood board P4s. The body is alder, the neck is maple with a lightly figured birdseye fingerboard and a slight vintage tint to the neck. The neck is P width - 1.75" wide at the nut. There's one tiny 2mm ding by the upper strap button, otherwise as new. Pickup is Mike's custom Fralin P, controls are passive vol and tone. Weight is light at 8.3 lbs. the bridge is brass instead of the usual aluminum. Comes in a new Protech gigbag.

Price is [del]$1650[/del] [del]$1625[/del] $1600 shipped SOLD

Always with the sweet basses Brad!!! I want that L-1500 to be a maple necked twin to the JB-2 I just got from you!

This thread has more sweet basses than should be allowed by law.
