Warwick Thumb 6 String BO Bass
This listing is for used but in perfect working and esthetic condition Warwick Thumb Bass, 6 Strings, Bolt On. I purchased this instrument from an on-line music shop and came new, and since it has spent all its life in a smoke-free, temperature controlled environment. I have gigged with it several times, but I have taken extreme good care of it, the instrument is in perfect shape, ready to go.
The bass has a sound that is just amazing, the way these pickups and its pre-amp are built enable you to work with a wide range of expressions, making it a real extension of your fingers. The distinctive body design of the Warwick Thumb 6-String Bass Guitar is a favorite of players worldwide and the Thumb has many features that separate it from its peers. The ovangkol wood body is both beautiful and harmonically resonant. The Bass's MEC active pickups and electronics give you the broadest range of tones and textures.
The only modification is a ebony ramp installed by a luthier between the pickups, that bring a very interesting look and help your plucking hand technique to maximize your speed.
I am selling it because I give it very little use and I believe it is time to find it a new home.
