I love this bass but the spacing is just too narrow for me. Its a 2001 in purple stone, bart pups and bart pre V/b/m/bass treble stack. This one has the truss rod. The bass is in great shape for 12 years. Plays well and sounds great.

+ or - cash on high end 5 string jazz basses with maple or ebony boards Sadowsky, Lull, Nordy

Anyone interested shoot me a message and we can further talk out the details.

    it includes hardshell case.

    Thanks

Just FYI a Funk Unlim 5er does not have 19mm spacing (IIIRC it's 17.5).

    No, I owned one, I can confirm it's 17mm and 34"
Only the 4 strings has a 19mm strings spacing
Where were you when I needed to trade my Funk Unlimited 5 for a Quantum ? :)

Shoot me some offers guys, also interested in lull 5's, sadowsky 5, and even a nice modulus vj or genesis 5. As always of need be I'd put some cash on tip for the right bass. I just miss my 19mm spacing. But I'm in no hurry the quantum rocks it's so versatile.

I've played 3 Gen 5s and all were 17mm. The model is not listed in their current catalog and their website is under construction. The prev website said 17mm. If they offered it at 19mm it must have been a small run or limited option. I wish they still made it and offered 19mm!

They used to be available only in 4-string. Don't know if that has changed. You might consoder a Zon 519. Pretty much the same price as a Mod, also with a delicious graphite neck and definitely 35 inch scale and 19mm spacing (hence the name).
