I'm sorry if I'm posting a thread on this very common problem (through the search function I found very old topics dealing erratically with it, nothing so specific), but I need some help!
I bought a full circle pickup on a classified here, and after my luthier replaced the strings and adjusted height of the wheels, I'm having some issues of contact with the white cable. I have to place it very carefully or it won't even amplify the bass!
This is also somehow affecting the sound: it sounded awesome before, now I feel like some frequencies are missing, and it is more prone to feedback than before.
Is there any common trick or way to sort this out without changing the whole unit?
:'( I'm based in Italy so it is difficult for me to ship it to Fishman, and I don't even know if they would repair or replace it.
Please help me out.
(sorry for my very bad english and if I'm reposting something already dealt, but I need help :'( )
