Double Bass Full circle question

I've used the Full circle for a while now.
I think i've bought three to date.
Great pick-up.
Does anybody use the 1/4 cable that comes with it?
Just seems strange to me that they would send out such a noisy low quality cable.
Anybody?

It is just an extra. I use these cheap ass crappy cables just for practicing not for gigs or recordings. Because they are so thin they are easy to take along as a spare cable.

The cable that came with my FC didn't work right out of the box, so I threw it in the trash.
