This is my 62 Jazz that is a player's dream. She only weighs 8.3 lbs and sounds incredible. Old dried out wood just has a liveliness to it that's special. It is a refinish, pots are replaced, and tuners replaced with aged Gotoh resolites. Everything else is original... Pickups, Pickguard, plate, knobs, bridge, etc. It has Dunlop strap buttons but comes with the original button and still has the original on the headstock. It is the more desirable slab board. This bass is very special. John Scott at Bluesman did the refinish and has verified everything on the bad as far as dating, etc goes and he also added his famous brass neck inserts that really helped bring out more sustain and bite to it. Also it does come with the original covers and original case.
I also forgot to mention the bass has a cool history. It was owned by Glenn Worf for years. So this bass has seen a lot of Grammy winning sessions that's taken place here in Nashville over the years.
