I just got the vintage white and it definitely is a killer looking axe and sounds amazing!!!!! But I think it may need a new nut cause the one that's on it is a tad low and kinda crummy, but otherwise I love it! Vintage white is super sexy!!
I like both, and if the white had been less creamy I would have voted that, but its not, so i voted black.
Always been a fan of Bruce Foxton and Roger Waters so for me the black and maple is a classic look.
I voted for carroty orange because I don't care for black or white basses. But if I had to choose one I would say black because it looks better with maple IMO.
What an appropriately timed poll (for me)! I just bought a loaded vintage white body of this bass from the TB classifieds and I've got a fretless mighty-mite neck coming for it!
I'm still waiting for both to arrive, and this stupid poll just made it that much harder for me to wait...
I dig the white/maple/black a lot. If I didn't already have two killer P Basses, I'd be all over one of these. Freeman is a good deal of why I started playing in the first place.
If the neck/fretboard was untinted I would say black - however it has the tinted neck/fretboard, which is fine because it looks beautiful with the White body
The best thing about this P is this: Vintage Frets!
