Funny thing on CSI

Warrick: "That's a lot of blood..."
Random detective: "How much d'you figure?"
Warrick: "About 2-3 pints."
Random lady detective: "Nobody loses that much blood and lives."

I once lost 3 litres (6 pints) of blood once when my throat hemorrhaged when I got my tonsils out at 15. Mind, I spent 3 more days in the hospital and was on iron supplements for 6 months.

CSI is fiction. There are times I want to throw the TV out the window because of the "techniques" they use, like getting better resolution on a crappy security video or something, but it is just fiction. They are just telling a story.

All that stuff in the lab is hilarious! It's so bogus, you can't even attempt to take it seriously, but like you said it's just fiction and is telling a story.
