Fusion 550 or MB800?

Same basic preamp in both Fusion 550 and MBF800. The Fusion 550 uses the 1001RB's power amp, run a little different for 504 watts at 4 ohms with 836 watts sustained burst. The MBFusion 800 is a class D with lightweight SMPS, does over 800 watts at 4 ohms and sustained burst over 1,000. Either one could drive your 610 into the next city. Did you want more info on the non-tube MB800?

Fusion 550 1001RB power amp, motorized knobs for a second "channel" and line frequency power supply, horn amp (you won't use with your cab) about 27 lbs.
MB Fusion 800 some different switching features over the MB Fusion 500 or Fusion 550. Class D power amp, Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) about 5 lbs. MBF800 is the newest in the family, there are all SS MB800 and MB500s as well.
Full tube preamp, easily 800 watts and 5 lbs. How can you go wrong :).
