Fuzzrocious Rat King

Hi, I was considering getting a Grey Stache when I got on the Fuzzrocious website and saw the rat king, has so many features for $210 which isn't to bad.

Looks like it's really new.

Anyone here have any comments about the rat king?

Yeah i've emailed Ryan, he was very helpful and answered my questions i had for him.

I'm most curious if anyone here has experience with it. The youtube video they have up for it. honestly didn't sound that great, but i hear so much love for all the other fuzzrocious pedals on here, so i'm curious.

I recently bought a woolly mammoth, but most of my basses are active, i want a tough over the top fuzz that will work with all my basses.

Yeah, YouTube does not do our pedals any justice. The cams we have suck bass and distort.
Ryan Patterson from Coliseum has #001 and is in love with it. It's a Rat Tail all suped up, so you can't go wrong with it haha.
There is only 1 "out there" right now, so you're not going to get any real feedback. Sorry man...

The next one goes out in a few weeks to the next person in line. Maybe he'll have some feedback to share!

It looks pretty f_ckin' badass, maybe a little over the top as well. I can say I have a rat tail and osd and love the piss out of them. Good sounding distortions that retain lows and are very versatile gain-wise. I had a gs but muffs just aren't my thing.

That's cool, once I get my woolly mammoth sold I'm hoping to get the Rat King. I had planned on an Eau Claire Thunder, but the rat king has more knobs and $60 less.
And with all the great feedback on the other Fuzzrocious stuff the Rat King ought to be wicked.

if you want an eau claire thunder, thats a muff variant if im not mistaken with a tonestack bypass, so just get a Grey stache from fuzzrocious with the tone bypass switch, and save money and get better tone!!!

I'm working on some clips, should be up by saturday.

The feedbacker is so awesome! Very musical.
Also having the ability to have 2 settings is way way cool!

I'm actually getting ready to re-record a bass line in one of our songs here in a few minutes and I will be using the RK.;)

No, seriously. When I get a good piece of gear I rarely feel the need to replace it. My amphead has been pretty much perfect, and the only other kind of bass heads I could think of getting are ones that double for guitar (IE, solid state traynors, bassmans, bass masters).
