Are there any music stores in SE Michigan that carry a good amount of G&L basses to try out ??? I see on their web site they list Music Castle and Motor City Guitar, has anybody been to those shops and how are they ??? Thanks, CB

G&L Basses

Music Castle has some in stock but I think they carry mostly G&L guitars. Haven't been to Motor City Guitar in a while...
G&L are hard to find in stores, even around Nashville, and we're the freakin' Music City. There are a few dealers here, but none really stock a wide assortment of them except a place I stumbled into a few days ago....Wolfe Guitars. They have almost an entire wall of G&L basses and guitars. Just about anything you could want. Tributes and US models.
I know Bass Central stocks a lot too, that's where I bought my L-2500.
Can't vouch for any shops in SE MI, but if you decide to pull the trigger on a G&L, you won't be disappointed.

I've only seen G&L guitars at Music Castle, let us know if you find a dealer in the area.
Did you try Junkyard Guitars down the street?
There was a place in Monroe that carried them a while back (I picked up 2 new Legacy's since I couldn't choose between them) but last time I was there I only saw G&L guitars.
