This was my main bass for much of this year, but have discovered that I’m more comfortable on a 35” 19mm 5er.
This bass started off its life as a fretless, but when I needed a fretted 5er for work, I sent it back for a quarter sawn fretted neck. The quarter sawn is more stable in various environments and the bass functions perfectly. The notes speak at a consistent volume and tone throughout the entire fretboard. It is lightweight (around 8.6 lbs) and has a singing sustain in the high notes which I found to be wonderful when soloing.
It has a nick on the headstock that I tried to capture in the pictures. It also has a hairline scratch by the input jack. It’s not deeper than the finish and may buff out. It didn’t show up in the photo. Other than those two minor blend, it is as new. I’m pretty fussy about my basses, which is why my current bass has been reliced. It’s a lot of work to keep a bass nice while on the road!
If you want it shipped in a case I have several and can sell you one at a good price. Or I can easily disassemble it and pack it securely in a pile of bubble wrap.
