Galaxy S phone, gone to extremely basic formatting

It's all Link Removed no pics, no colour, basic fonts, limited navigation, what the hell? Rest of www. displays normally.

I can't find anything in here to select apart from the 2014/Dark/ etc options, which changes nothing.
