Double Bass Gary Karr and Eddie Gomez "Eccles Sonata"

Hello,
I'm a current Berklee College of Music student and in one of my classes (Survey of Bass Styles), we listened to piece performed by Gary Karr called "Eccles Sonata" and also a version done by Eddie Gomez of the same piece. I asked my teacher and he said the CDs are both out of print, but does anyone know about these CDs? I don't know the titles but they were both absolutely beautifully done (Eddie actually blowed pizz style over the changes after the arco part). I'm really interested in purchasing and learning to play upright now.

The Eddie Gomez version is on his 1987 release, Discovery, on Columbia/Epic/Sony records. I can't imagine this would be out of print. Hard to find, maybe. The Karr version is on Gary Karr Recital and it's available through Lemur, R342 is the cat.#. Go to http://www.lemurmusic.com
