GAS ATTACK!! TB, I need help! (6 AND 7 String Ibanez content!)

Okay, I fell in love with Ibanez SR 6 strings a couple months ago and was on the hunt for a SR Prestige on the cheap. Then I saw this...

It's exactly what I want for both my loves-pick based crazy metal and my own solo jazz/RnB/rap influenced playing. It's both, at least on paper. I can't seem to find one stateside though. Only European vendors seem to have them and it's frustrating me!

I've been looking for this for a month or two and contacted several vendors, did several exhaustive google searches. (Think spending 1-2 hours hunting for one and/or vendors.) Any ideas as to where to find one? I believe Ibanez stopped making them as one vendor told me they aren't shipping them anymore...

I can find SR3006E for $700ish and I'm really ready pull the trigger on one... but this... this I will never see again! There might be one hiding stateside and I don't know what to do or under what rocks to look...

I've been interested in this model as well but haven't seen it in a store yet. I might suggest to try the Ibanez website directly. It is most likely a special order item.

True re: the narrow neck. Seems like Ibanez makes a standard bass neck and squeezes more strings in the same space.

youtubed it. the msrp is $2000+ not a great demo video its a winter namm but its a brand new limited edition so it may take awhile to trickle onto the market.
