Gator GR-6S rack case?

My 700RB-II is in a GR4S (same but 4 spaces) and it is great! has never failed me and keeps my mind at ease when i go to gigs.
I own two Gator shallow racks (3u & 4u) and find they are perfect for GK amps.
I prefer Gator to SKB as the SKB shallow racks have a small rear door that makes it hard to get to connections.

I looked up your GK 1001 RB-II specs. Its' Depth is 2" less (8") than my B1500.
So the good news is you'll have PLENTY of room in the back of the rack for your power cord, speaker AND instrument cords. It will be a 'grab and go' setup

I just bought the gator 4 space soft rack case and its really great for about $80 new. It has a wood frame, cloth lining and good quality zippers and outer shell. Its the perfect depth for a GK type head and is really easy to carry with one hand. I really like it and its easy on your car's interior too!
