GC Return Auth. OR "How Long Blues"

Just curious. What's your experience with getting a return authorization number from Guitar Center after emailing the relevant service email? It's been a few days yet and no word. That's fine if it just takes them a bit, but if they usually respond within 24 hours then I may need to reach out again.

Yeah, I was starting to think that too. The problem is, I hate dealing with people.

Call GC cust. service at (866) 498-7882, and ask for Jacob ext. 2286. He's helped me before and is easy to work with.
